Preparation and Quality Control of single-cell data from the hypothalamus in chickens
Hi! My name is Doortje and I’m originally from Belgium. For my thesis, I joined the Wright lab at LiU. The lab focusses on the process of domestication and feralization in chickens. For my Master’s project, I participated in a study on the regulation of gene expression in the hypothalamus of an advanced intercross between White Leghorn and red junglefowl.
