Hey there, and welcome!
My name is Sofia, and my thesis research focused on respiration in dolphins. After working as a small animal veterinarian for some years, I wanted to immerse myself in ethology and decided to study the master’s programme Applied ethology and animal biology.
The research on bottlenose dolphins at Kolmården Wildlife Park, led by my supervisor Andreas Fahlman, caught my attention because it combined animal health, physiology and training.
