Six adult spider monkeys (Ateles geoffroyi) participated in this study. They were maintained at the field station Pipiapan hosted by the Universidad Veracruzana, near Catemaco, province of Veracruz.
Procedures
I used a two-bottle preference test of short duration (2 minutes).
