Recycling horse manure:
nutrient source for crops, and energy source for humans
I have been involved in science projects where the results might come to use eventually, if ever… I was looking for something relevant for people now, and connected to the society at large. Because nothing happens in a vacume, not even nature.
The topic I found was shit, horse shit to be exact. It turned out that horses were very appreciated, but the horse manure did not always have a place to go. The risk being nutrient leching.
