I have always been fascinated by birds and their captivating world. For my master thesis, I had the opportunity to travel to a wonderful place called Churchill, Manitoba in Canada. There I studied the Short-billed Dowitcher, an adorable pumpkin-like shorebirds species, on its breeding ground.
