Colour discrimination in green (Chelonia mydas) and hawksbill (Eretmochelys imbricate) turtles

Hello! I’m Anamarija, a huge animal lover who loves learning new information about various different animals. I completed my Bachelor’s in Animal Behaviour at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, UK.

My interest in and passion for learning about the complex nature of animal behaviour started when I was very young and it’s only growing each year. I have a special fondness for wolves, however, for this thesis, I dived (pun intended) into the fascinating world of sea turtles!

So, please feel free to explore this page and learn more about the colour vision abilities of marine turtles!
