As for fisher’s model of adaptive evolution theory I found evidence that deleterious mutations would have a greater effect early in life than later in life in the case of Methanol. In all other treatments (heat shock, copper sulphate and MSB) tests showed no significant increase in deleterious effect early in life compared to late in life.

In the case of MeOH, CuSO4 and the heat shock treatment shows a significant increasing acceleration of aging from the treatment. In the last treatment MSB I found no evidence for acceleration of aging.

In regards to the hypothesis about accumulation of effect, only methanol showed significant accumulation. The other treatments all show no significant proof of accumulation.
